At Harry Hoot we strive to package and place all orders quickly, and with care. We process orders within 1-3 business days of receiving the order and payment, however we will do our best to process orders by the next business day where possible. In order to reach some work-life-balance with our young family, we package orders from Monday to Thursday, whilst dispatching orders Monday to Friday.
Orders are posted via available courier services such as Sendle Australia-wide and typically take anywhere from 2 – 5 business days to reach their destination, with geographic location being a significant factor in transit time. A flat rate of $9.95 postage applies on Australia-wide product orders under the value of $150. A flat rate of $14.95 postage applies on Australia-wide product orders under the value of $150. These rates are applicable for orders under 5kg in weight as orders greater than this weight will incur a higher postage fee & will be advised. Orders placed that exceed $150 or more will receive free postage, via our courier provider. All orders receive a tracking number to trace the journey of their package. Upon your order being dispatched from Brisbane, you will receive a tracking number via email if a product(s) is ordered. For hampers ordered, you will receive a tracking number from the courier provider by email or text message.
Harry Hoot is legally not liable for delays in delivery that are beyond our control or product/s lost or damaged in transit. However if you contact us within 10 working days of order placement we will work with you to offer a store credit or arrange a replacement item to the value of the damaged or missing item/s. We want our customer to be absolutely delighted with their online shopping experience at Harry Hoot.
