Harry Hoot is legally not liable for delays in delivery that are beyond our control or product/s lost or damaged in transit. On rare occasions parcels sent via Australia Post may experience unexpected delays while in transit.  Whilst most deliveries arrive on time, factors such as weather, peak periods or network disruptions can sometimes impact delivery schedules.  We kindly ask for your patience during these times.  Please note that as long as your parcel is still actively tracking within the Australia Post system, it is considered in transit.  We are unable to issue refunds or replacements for orders that are still showing active tracking updates.  Refunds will only be considered if a parcel is confirmed as lost and is no longer tracking.  If you have concerns about your delivery, we recommend monitoring your tracking information regularly or contacting Australia Post directly for the most up to date details.  Thank you for your understanding and support.
