Can I choose my own products for a custom gift box? If so how do I order?
Yes you certainly can. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a brief outline of what type of gift you are seeking, any products from our website that may have caught your eye, and your budget.
I am looking to buy a gift on behalf of an organisation can you help?
Yes we can. We love putting together special gift boxes for organisations and group purchases. Please email us at email@example.com outlining your needs.
What are your refund and return policies?
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, however may offer a credit to the value of your purchase provided that we have approved the exchange your gift box is returned to us at your expense (in a traceable and insured parcel) within 30 working days of purchase and in accordance with our Terms & Conditions of Trade Policy available here. The item/s must be in its original condition, with packaging still in tact as our gift boxes are sold as one whole item. If there is a major problem with any of your items purchased please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to posting it to us to discuss your concerns. We are reasonable at Harry Hoot and want your shopping experience to be a pleasant one.
How can we organise a Baby Gender Reveal box? What information do you need?
Email us at email@example.com to request your order. This service will be automated on our website under the Gender Reveal menu coming soon.
For your order, we currently have one type of Gender Reveal box available in either baby pink or baby blue for selection. We will require the contact details of the person who will be arranging the Gender Reveal box, along with the names of the box recipients, the baby’s gender (yes this is important :)), when the box is required and the address it will be sent to.
Do you offer gift boxes for twins and multiples?
Yes we do. We would love to create a custom gift to suit your twin / multiple bub needs, please send your request to us via email.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Credit Card payments on our SSL encrypted website via Stripe, as well as PayPal.
What are your standard delivery terms?
At Harry Hoot we package orders during business hours from Monday through to Thursday, and post orders regularly aiming for next day postage where possible. We post orders from Monday through to Friday. Our orders are packaged and posted within 1 to 3 business days upon receiving your order. Orders are sent from Brisbane via courier company. Delivery time with these predominately road based postage services is typically 2 – 5 working days depending on your geographic location. Tracking will be provided to you directly by the courier service so you can see where your order is at. If you require an urgent express postage service, please advise via email and we will provide you with any additional costs that may apply.
How much does it cost to post a gift box?
Postage is a flat fee of $10 per order. When you spend over $150 on products in one transaction postage is free.
Do you deliver internationally?
We currently deliver Australia-wide only.
Can the gifts be delivered to the family? If so can I include a personalised gift card?
Yes we do. Please include a message for the gift recipient upon placing your order via our website and a complimentary gift card will be included with your personalised message.
